Warehouse Layout

MORe developed a warehouse layout and operation to maximise operational efficiency for a client. This project resulted in savings of 27-43% on order picking costs.

Warehouse Design

The location of all products to be stored in a warehouse was optimized, based on order history, so that order picking in the warehouse can be done efficiently and the labour costs of operating the warehouse is minimised.

Warehouse Retrieval

The retrieval of warehouse items using a stacker crane was modeled, to minimize collection times.
